Rayleen is a Utopian artist and predominately paints the Dreaming passed down to her of Bush Medicine. These are seeds found in the hills of her country and given to people who are sick and too young children for immunity.

Her mother Margaret Price Penangke is a well-known Utopian artist who has also given her daughter permission to paint women’s ceremonies.

Rayleen’s husband, Richard Moore is also an artist and they spend their time between Alice Springs and Utopia with their family.
